Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable.

• If a session is missed without notice (no-show), it is non-refundable.

Therapist Unavailability

If your therapist is unavailable at the scheduled time and fails to notify you, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.

Refund Process
